Audioscrobbler

Audioscrobbler is a website that works with Creative Commons. It provides you with a download that then logs and keeps track of the music and songs you listen to and then puts these into a chart within your area on the site where you have a user name. Within your area you will have charts of the most recently played songs and most played songs, and it also lets you have a journal and a list of friends.

Creative Commons is a site where you can publish your work such as videos or music and also view other peoples work. It is another site such as the BBC Creative Commons site that provides a license for people putting their work such as music or videos on to the Internet. It provides a flexible range of protection and freedom for peoples works so that no one can use it for the wrong reasons which the artist specifies.
